Here at Hull Power Ltd, our engineers are fully qualified Inspectors and Testers. We are registered and approved installers with NAPIT (National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers). So you know you've got peace of mind that our work is of high standard, and also meets current regulations.
We cover a wide range of Electrical testing, the most common one being EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report), previously known as a Periodic Inspection. Since July 2020, Landlords now have a legal duty to make sure their properties have an up-to-date EICR before they are newly tenanted. Existing tenancies have until April 2021, to get the EICR in place, which will need re-testing every 5 years. So don't delay, get booked in by clicking here.
