Scott, the installer I had from Hull Power, was extremely friendly and helpful with great attention to detail. They prioritizes Nest customers which is a nice touch.
My Nest Hello was setup a lot quicker than I was expecting considering where it was being located and that I didn't already have a chime to wire in to.
Very tidy job as well. Been running smoothly ever since (a few weeks now). I even had Scott back a week later installing some lights for me. Couldn't recommend this company enough!

From original enquiry to completion of work, Hull Power are a professional, friendly and reliable company. Although we did not need a massive job undertaking, the recommendations and work undertaken by Scott were thorough and efficient. He totally listened to the needs of my elderly parents and got the job spot on. Chantelle's communication through the whole process is great, completing an all round super service. They could not have been more helpful when we had a crisis with our alarm and I was away from home. Through their help and kindness we managed to fix it via a three way phone conversation and Scott's help and advice saved the day. First Class company, from Chantelle sorting out a quote over the weekend and responding to emails and phone calls promptly, regarding a Nest thermostat location, and advice on purchase of the device, to the the installer Scott, and the professional manner in which he worked and the pleasant attitude he has to his work. Scott took time to run through the working of the Nest thermostat, in a way that was easy to understand. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hull Power to anyone.

Absolutely over the moon with the installation of my Google Nest Hello. Starting with the outstanding customer service from Chantelle when I first rang to ask a couple of questions regarding the installation, constant quick responses from all emails I sent with pretty much all of them being responded to within 5 minutes which is brilliant as you don’t get that from most companies. The installation itself was phenomenal, they listened to exactly how I wanted it installing and managed to drill through a joint on the external brick and travelled the wires through the cavity into my consumer unit, leaving next to no mess in my internal walls at all, there is a tiny hole where they had to but it was filled without me even asking. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone who is wanting any installation of smart tech around your home, I will definitely be using them again.

I would highly recommend this company due to the fantastic customer service, proffesional fitting and care. Really pleased with the installation of my nest products including nest doorbell. Fitter made understanding product use so simple and my home now feels really safe and secure. I would reccomend the nest system to anyone as its fantastic and easy to use. Fitter ensured our family wellbeing by following recommend guidelines. Customer aftercare is also good. I would recommend this company due to their very high standard of fitting and care.

Hull Power have just been and removed two fixed light fittings and installed new pendant fittings.
We will definitely use Hull Power again and will recommend to friends and family. Brilliant job, brilliant price and they even took my old light fittings away.

Right from the start Hull Power have been excellent! They were really friendly and responsive to emails and enquiries we had. We were wanting the house rewired, however, we were nervous about having this done as we have a lot of old original features in the house that we wanted preserving and a previous experience of rewiring had left the house with lots of plastering work needing doing on the walls afterwards. However, Hull Power came over and we explained what we wanted doing and they were more than happy to find solutions to maintain the features and get everything done and at a reasonable price. When it came to the actual work, they have been excellent again and being able to work around us as we work from home due to COVID, with minimal disruption to our days. They were really flexible about when they could come and complete the work. They have done all the work to a really high quality and there is very little areas of damage.
We are really happy with the end result and will definitely use them again in the future if we need any further work done.

When I first enquired about the work I was in contact with Chantelle, she was very helpful from the start, we wanted a Google doorbell fitted along with outdoor lights and plugs. Chantelle was able to find us a better price for the doorbell than she could supply it for which saved us some money straight away.
The day of installation Scott and his apprentice arrived and was nothing but professional from the moment they arrived. They kept the jobs extremely tidy and their quality of work is very high. The wife and I already had a Google thermostat installed but wasn't shown by the previous electrician how it works exactly. Scott took the extra time to show us all its features and help with our Google hub max. Any questions we had were answered straight away.
If you're looking for some work to be carried out by this company do not hesitate to message them. We've had bad luck in the past with companies but Hull Power Ltd we're great from start to finish.
